I brought my cleanser and toner from hongkong

they sell really cheap Lancome products

far more cheaper than those in sg.

Believe or not

I really haven been exercising for uncountable years

i could barely run a 100m

and would be panting like hell

how much more weak can i be

I really meant it when I said I am exercising

have been jogging everyday since Monday

although it has only been 3 days

I already have blisters growing on my feet

and 

really bad muscle ache

i could really feel the ache when i stand

but

i need to shed at least 10 kgs 

to my ideal weight

When we are tired out from jogging

we start goofing around

We normally take an hour jog/walk

its good to have something take our mind off the tiredness

Isn't this a pretty sight

how i wish Singapore has this kinda of view too

especially since the flowers have started growing

including loads and loads of dandelions

Its a pretty sight to see them flying around

kinda like snowing

so pretty

but it kinda get very annoying when its all over the place

especially sticking on to your black clothes

and flying into my room
